University of Asia Pacific Journal of Law and Policy (ISSN
2518-024X) is a professional academic journal about legal and policy
affiliated with the Department of Law and Human Rights, University of Asia
Pacific. We publish once per annum on different legal, policy and regulatory
issues. We are committed to facilitating scholarly exchange within the academic
community by publishing highly researched and well-documented articles relevant
to the discourse on contemporary legal and policy issues.
University of Asia Pacific Journal of Law and Policy (ISSN 2518-024X) is a Double Blind Peer Review publication. With a view to maintaining a strict privacy and academic ethics, no member of the Editorial Board or Advisory Board is allowed to publish in the journal.
It was established in 2015 by Dr. Chowdhury Ishrak Ahmed Siddiky under the guidance of late National Professor Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Asia Pacific. Our editorial board is primarily comprised of legal scholars and academics from all over the world. Several members of the Editorial panel have been highly experienced in publishing legal scholarship in the reputable law journals at home and abroad.
